Job Description
We are seeking a high-performing Lead Engineer to lead strategic initiatives across AI Enablement, Forward Development, and core Software Development. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to operate effectively across global engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or backend systems
- 6+ years of related experience; 4+ years with advanced degree is acceptable
- Minimum 2 years of managing and developing employees Working as a Lead Engineer or Engineering Manager with people management responsibility
