Senior Business Analyst

Q2 is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join a high-performance team that is pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver, implement, and support custom code for clients.

Requirements

• Conducting discovery sessions with clients and prospects to elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
• Translating complex business and regulatory requirements into clear functional specifications
• Developing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Working effectively in an agile environment
• Ensuring all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
