Job Description
QAD is looking for a Manager, Technical Support to lead a team of support engineers in delivering exceptional technical support for ERP systems. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset and 8+ years of experience in supporting enterprise products.
Requirements

- 5+ years of experience handling critical escalations
- Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting Unix, Windows Servers and network environments
- Programming knowledge in C, C++, Unix scripting, and Progress for issue resolution
- Expertise in Progress DBA tasks, including database optimization, backup/restore, and performance monitoring
