Job Description
The Data & AI Operations, Senior Manager will lead and manage the operational activities for the Group Chief Data & AI Technology Office (CDATO), ensuring effective delivery of support services, governance and operational strategy. Key accountabilities include managing budget oversight, vendor onboarding, change and communications activity, and managing business-as-usual activities related to Data & AI governance.
Requirements
- Proven experience running operations for a multi-location Data, Analytics or AI function within a complex organisation
- Strong strategic judgement, with the ability to identify execution risk and proactively put mitigations in place
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills, with the ability to drive progress without formal authority
- Credibility working with Divisional Heads of Data, IT, ETO and senior business leaders to align priorities, OKRs and outcomes across the organisation
