Head of Capital Solutions role at QBE, leading the design, execution and scaling of capital solutions across the Group, with a focus on expanding the use of third-party capital and building on recent transactions including catastrophe bonds and sidecars.

Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of ILS structures and legacy risk transfer
• Demonstrated experience originating and executing complex, multi-stakeholder transactions
• Well-established market relationships across reinsurers, ILS investors, brokers, banks or advisors
