We are seeking a Head of Outwards Reinsurance to design and deliver robust reinsurance strategies that underpin the business’s financial strength and long-term growth. The role involves leading a high-performing team, working closely with executive stakeholders across underwriting, finance and claims, and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Credible, visible leader with the gravitas to influence senior underwriters through trust and collaboration.
• Strong external knowledge and relationships with key broker and reinsurance partners.
• Highly skilled at building trusted relationships across underwriting, claims, operations and finance.
• Skilled communicator and negotiator, able to challenge constructively and operate effectively at senior levels.
