Job Description
Head of Mortgage Insurance to direct and manage QBE Mortgage Insurance Business in Hong Kong to achieve optimum profitability and growth, ensuring that agreed strategies are implemented.
Requirements
- Leading edge knowledge of mortgage insurance industry of Hong Kong
- Relevant experience in all aspects of general management at a senior level including functional areas
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and management training
- Strong leadership and motivational ability
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance licensing requirements
- Ability to lead strategic change
- Ability to lead and inspire people at operational and strategic levels
- Substantial experience in managing a complex, regulated business
