Qevlar is a B2B SaaS startup that develops AI Cybersecurity Analysts to augment Security Operations Centers (SOCs). We're looking for a Sales Enablement Lead to build world-class onboarding, training, and sales playbooks to accelerate productivity and drive repeatable enterprise revenue.
Requirements
- 4β7 years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations in B2B SaaS
- Experience enabling enterprise sales cycles & methodologies (MEDDIC, SPICED, etc.)
- Proven success designing and rolling out onboarding programs & playbooks
- Strong content creation skills (decks, scripts, frameworks, GTM resources)
- Ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts into clear GTM messaging
- Data-driven mindset β you measure impact and iterate quickly
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
- Bias for action and comfort operating in fast-moving startup environment
