We are looking for a pragmatic HR personality to join our Hamburg location on April 1, 2026, to take operational responsibility, set up processes, and work with the Senior HR Team to structure and further develop the HR work in a future-proof way.
Requirements
- Support and development of local HR structures in close consultation with the HR Director and Senior HR Management
- Independent management of selected HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, performance guidance, and offboarding
- Practical and reliable point of contact for managers and employees in all operational HR matters
- Support of managers in building and strengthening a performance-oriented culture through clear structures and practical guidelines
- Continuous optimization of HR processes with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and scalability
- Work with HR systems, HR data, and reporting, as well as active support of digitalization and automation initiatives
- Close cooperation with HR colleagues, finance, and other internal interfaces
- Take on selected administrative and facility-related topics
- Hands-on work in a dynamic, international environment, as well as active support of change processes
- Bring in your own ideas, constructive questioning of existing approaches, and step-by-step development of HR work
- Coordinate and coordinate HR services across all German labs and locations to ensure uniform implementation in line with QIMA values and HR best practices
