Paralegal

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal Team, supporting our Chief Legal Officer in corporate governance and legal matters.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in law (paralegal) or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Swedish company law
• Documented experience with registrations at Bolagsverket
• Detail-oriented, responsible and self-driven
• Experience of working with AI-tools to improve efficiency and ways of working
• High integrity, accuracy and ability to handle confidential information
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written
