Technical Manager (Technical Leader) (IT & Digital transformation)

We are looking for a Technical Manager with a systems-thinking mindset and proactive spirit to lead our internal IT team in a comprehensive digital transformation of our business.

Requirements

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a Technical Manager/Technical Leader role in the IT field.
• Experience in implementing internal systems, enterprise platforms, and business process digitalization.
• Good communication skills, effective stakeholder management, business thinking, and problem-solving.
• Ability to work closely with both business teams and technical teams.
• Experience working with GenAI models/APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini, or equivalent LLMs), understanding how to apply GenAI to products and business processes.
