Cook

The role of a Cook involves preparing food according to recipes and serving customers. This includes plating, safety adherence, managing food, ensuring quality, and maintaining a clean kitchen. The cook will work as part of a team and assist in teaching others.

Requirements

• Must be able to read, speak and communicate in English.
• Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, overtime or whenever the business dictates.
• Must be willing to work fast to keep up with service pace.
• Must have culinary experience.
• Must be able to cook fast enough to keep up with the pace of service.
• Must have knowledge of health and sanitation standards.
• Must have food safety and sanitation training.
• Must be calm and organized.
