Job Description

They offer an innovative online business account with invoicing, accounting, and expense management capabilities, combined with 24/7 customer service and transparent pricing. They are looking for a Customer Care Agent Germany to manage a portfolio of German business customers, handle complex requests, and provide seamless banking support. The role is based in Belgrade with a hybrid work model, offering flexibility with two days in the office per week and remote work options.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally in finance or service)
- Fluent German (excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation)
