Job Description
QPS is seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Business Development to lead growth across Europe, building client relationships, securing new business opportunities, and working with global teams to expand CRO services.
Requirements
- Bachelors in Life Sciences, Business, or related field; advanced degree helpful
- 10+ years of business development experience in a CRO, with a track record of winning complex, multi-million Euro deals and expertise handling long sales cycles
- Strong knowledge of late phase Clinical trials and European regulatory requirements
- Established network of senior-level contacts in pharma, biotech, and emerging biopharma
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%+)
