Job Description
Qred is looking for a Java Developer to build backend services and drive business impact. As a mission-critical bridge between complex third-party integrations and a seamless user experience, you will take end-to-end ownership of the backend systems that power our financial products.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in backend development, preferably in Fintech or similar regulated environments
- Deep technical proficiency in Java, Spring, and JPA/Hibernate for robust data persistence
- Experience managing and optimizing relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and monitoring scalable services
- Proficient in using AI-augmented tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to drive development efficiency
