Job Description
The Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) will lead and manage the design, preconstruction and construction activities on a given project(s). The role requires a bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering and five or more years of experience in commercial construction practices and procedures. The job involves managing multiple projects on a campus(es), creating and communicating updates on development program & project status, and establishing project schedules and managing teams to on-time completion. The role also requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time and US Citizenship.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- US Citizenship
- MBA, Masters in Engineering, Management, or related field desirable
- Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
- Extensive experience with management of MEP trades
