Job Description
The Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) is responsible for leading and managing the design, preconstruction and construction activities on a given project(s) for QTS. The role involves managing multiple projects, creating and communicating updates on development program & project status, and working with stakeholders to create a master development program for site(s).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
