Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction)

QTS is seeking a Senior Development Project Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead and manage the design, preconstruction and construction activities on a given project(s). The successful candidate will have experience in commercial construction practices and procedures, including management of Lump Sum, Construction Management @ Risk, and Design Build project delivery methods from conceptual development through procurement to close out. They will also have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer contracts
