We're looking for a Performance Marketer to support the execution, optimisation and reporting of paid media campaigns primarily across Google Search, YouTube and Meta, with exposure to TikTok and other emerging channels over time. Collaborating closely with the wider Performance Marketing team, this role will contribute to efficient growth through testing, learning, and continuous optimisation.
Requirements
- 2-3 years' experience in a paid media or Performance Marketing role
- Hands-on experience with Google Search and YouTube
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy and ecommerce performance metrics
- Experience supporting or managing paid media campaigns
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
