PadSplit is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale and optimize paid acquisition across Member Growth and Host Growth. This role is critical to driving efficient, data-driven growth by managing campaigns across multiple paid channels while continuously improving performance through testing and experimentation.
Requirements
- 2–4+ years managing paid media campaigns with direct-response KPIs
- Hands-on experience with paid search and paid social platforms (Google, Meta, etc.)
- Strong ability to interpret data, build reports, and derive actionable insights
- Experience running structured experiments and optimizing based on results
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4, Rockerbox, or similar tools
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects end-to-end
- Ability to clearly present insights and collaborate across teams
