Quad Lock is seeking a Sales Administration Lead to take ownership of sales administration processes and ensure seamless execution across B2B sales activities. The role involves managing one direct report, driving process excellence, and improving system effectiveness.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales Administration, Order Management, or similar within a B2B environment
- Experience leading or mentoring others, with the ability to manage and develop a direct report
- Strong systems capability, with experience using platforms such as NetSuite, Shopify, Monday.com, and/or EDI solutions
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to interpret data effectively
- Experience improving processes and driving efficiencies within a sales support function
- Openness to adopting AI tools and automation to improve workflows and efficiency
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the global sales team and cross-functional stakeholders
- Customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail
