Splend is a dynamic growth company that provides vehicle ownership and operation services. The Sales Team Leader will manage a team of sales consultants and be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing the customer pipeline, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven success in a phone-based sales role with high conversion rates
- 2-3 years of B2C sales experience, ideally in rideshare, mobility, automotive, or subscription industries
- Demonstrated interest or experience in team support, mentoring, or leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel for sales reporting and tracking
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
- Able to work alternate Saturdays (with a day off in lieu)
- Strategic thinker with a desire to grow into a long-term leadership career
