Splend is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating customers on Splend's products and benefits, and progressing potential customers through the sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Educate customers across our product suite offering and Splend's points of difference.
- Educate customers on the benefits and potential earning and lifestyle that on-demand driving can offer and how we can support their journey.
- Help customers new to rideshare by booking them into our Splend Assist program and communicate the required documents to bring with them.
- Schedule appointments.
- Work closely with the operation and depot teams to ensure we are maximising all sales potentials and placing focus on specific products where required to meet stock demands and business goals.
- Maintain an unwavering high level of customer service in line with Splend's values and passion for our customers.
