Business Segment Manager – Bakery & Bars

The Business Segment Manager will lead the Bakery & Bars business segment, providing strategic direction and driving growth across the segment. The role is a key contributor to the Food and Nutrition Group’s leadership team, and the responsibilities include developing strategy, driving disciplined execution, ensuring top-notch customer experience, delivering growth for partner suppliers, and providing specialized know-how and expertise to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Food Science or other related area.
• Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in the Canadian food ingredient industry.
• Market knowledge of the assigned industries within the segment, with the ability to translate insights into actionable commercial strategies.
• Proven leadership experience, with track record of building, developing, and managing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales, with solid commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
