Business Segment Manager – Bakery & Bars

Quadra is recruiting a Business Segment Manager to lead the Bakery & Bars business segment. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategic and financial plans, leading a team, and driving growth across the segment. The position is a key contributor to the Food and Nutrition Group's leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, or related area
• Minimum 10-15 years of proven experience in the Canadian food ingredient industry
• Market knowledge of the assigned industries within the segment
• Proven leadership experience with high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in business-to-business sales with commercial acumen and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence diverse audiences
• Skilled negotiator with ability to navigate complex discussions and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
• Proficient analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM tools
