As a Sales & Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for the commercial growth of PDM in Belgium and South Netherlands, playing a key role in opening new customers, developing markets, and building long-term partnerships with industrial clients.
Requirements
- Develop and realize the commercial strategy for Belgium (with a focus on Flanders) and South Netherlands
- Actively generate new business and open new industrial clients
- Position PDM as a strategic partner in the field of maintenance, asset management, and operations
- Build and maintain relationships with plant management, operations, maintenance management, and boards
- Signal market and customer developments and translate them into new proposals
- Work with consultants to successfully realize commercial opportunities
