Chief Operating Officer - PDM

The Chief Operating Officer forms the face of PDM towards the market, responsible for commercial success and execution quality, optimizing processes, customer relationships, and project performance.

Requirements

• Academic work and thinking level, preferably with a technical, business, or economic background.
• Extensive experience as an MD or similar in an organization where high-quality services are central, familiar with both Sales and Delivery processes.
• Commercially successful at clients active in a complex, industrial, or technical context (manufacturing, hightech, process industry).
• Proven successful as a Thought Leader, leading to client development and sustainable revenue growth.
• Track record in professionalizing organizations, optimizing processes, and developing teams of professionals.
