Managing Director - Detachering

Our client is a profitable and established player in technical detachering. The organization is looking for a Managing Director to provide direction and further develop the organization as a premium player.

Requirements

• HBO or WO work and thinking level
• Proven successful in an ultimately responsible or senior commercial role within detachering, staffing, or a comparable people-driven business
• Experience within technical detachering is a strong advantage; experience within detachering in a broader sense is required
• Demonstrated P&L responsibility
• Track record in realizing structural commercial growth (turnover and margin)
• Experience with building and managing commercial teams
• Living within approximately 40 minutes' travel time from Eindhoven
• Excellent command of the Dutch language in word and writing
