We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team, providing customer service support for Hungary. The role involves operating the JDE system, receiving and handling orders, and collaborating with logistics and finance teams.
The main responsibilities include operating the JDE system, receiving and handling orders, monitoring order status, and communicating updates or delays to customers. You will also collaborate with logistics, planning, production plants, and finance teams to resolve order or delivery issues.
This role is suitable for someone with 2 years of customer service experience, advanced English skills, and the ability to work independently. You will have opportunities for development and training, as well as a rich package of development programs and access to an online training platform.
