HR Rewards and Analytics Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Rewards and Analytics Senior Specialist to support the development of our Total Rewards framework, lead people analytics initiatives, and oversee HR budgeting and reporting.

Requirements

• BSc/MSc in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Rewards, people analytics and/or HR systems
• Strong understanding of HRIS platforms
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting and data visualization tools
• Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and budgeting
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
• Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR and market data into actionable business insights
• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented, with a positive "can-do" approach
