We are seeking a highly skilled HR Rewards and Analytics Senior Specialist to support the development of our Total Rewards framework, lead people analytics initiatives, and oversee HR budgeting and reporting.
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Business Administration, HR Management, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in Rewards, people analytics and/or HR systems
- Strong understanding of HRIS platforms
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting and data visualization tools
- Solid understanding of HR processes, workforce planning, and budgeting
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English
- Highly organized, with strong prioritization and time management abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate HR and market data into actionable business insights
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented, with a positive "can-do" approach
