Manufacturing Maintenance Lead

We are looking for a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance and reliability of automated equipment in a high-volume production and packaging environment. The position focuses on maintaining electrical, PLC, and mechanical systems while promoting continuous improvement and compliance across all shifts.

Requirements

• Maintain and troubleshoot automated filling and packaging systems
• Support PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, servomotors, and encoders
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs
• Manage preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance systems
• Analyze downtime and OEE metrics; implement process and equipment improvements
• Ensure equipment remains validated to maintain product quality
• Manage repair parts inventory and collaborate with maintenance technicians
• Enforce cGMP, safety, regulatory, and quality standards
• Maintain organized work areas following 5S principles
• Ensure proper installation and maintenance of machine guards, interlocks, and safety devices
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and identify hazards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, quality, and cost goals
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, HR, Materials, Training, and Production teams
• Support hiring, training, and development of maintenance personnel
