Occupational Therapist Home Health Part Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our home health team. In this role, you will assess patient needs, design individualized care plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions that improve daily living skills and safety in the home.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health or geriatrics preferred)
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and valid CA driver’s license
• EMR documentation experience preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
