Lead Software Engineer (LMTS), Foundations

Qualified has been acquired by Salesforce. The company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join their Foundations team. The team is responsible for developing the infrastructure and critical systems that form the backbone of the company's operations. The engineer will work on high-value technologies at the intersection of distributed systems, orchestration, and public cloud platforms. They will drive the evolution of engineering practices, refine architecture, and establish best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in professional software development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Typescript, or Ruby
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Deep experience architecting secure solutions on cloud-based infrastructure
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Proven experience in automated provisioning using tools like Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation, or Pulumi
• Containerization: Experience with automated deployments using container orchestration technologies
• Observability Tools: Strong hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Database Expertise: Familiarity with SQL, RDBMS, and data warehousing solutions
• AI-Assisted Development: Proficiency in AI-assisted software development
