Qualio is seeking an exceptional Principal People Business Partner to drive strategic people initiatives across our global GTM organization. As a senior IC leader, you'll combine thoughtful program management, international HR expertise, and AI-forward thinking to create meaningful impact across the company.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR/People experience, with the majority spent deeply embedded in GTM organizations (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Customer Success compensation design
- Proven ability to evolve org structures for GTM teams
- Strong program/project management capabilities
- International HR expertise and cultural agility
- AI-forward mindset
- Experience with HR analytics and compensation platforms
