Corporate Counsel

We are hiring a Corporate Counsel to manage all legal aspects of our global corporate entities and real estate matters, negotiate supplier agreements, and be a strategic partner to our Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Real Estate teams.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state
• 3-6 years of experience in a similar or relevant role at a top law firm or company
• Significant transactional legal experience and/or corporate governance experience (prior public company / securities experience a plus)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
• Solution-oriented mindset able to work with cross-functional teams
