Job Description
Qualtrics is hiring a Corporate Counsel to manage all legal aspects of its global corporate entities, negotiate supplier agreements, and be a strategic partner to its Finance, Tax, Procurement, and Real Estate teams.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree
- Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state
- 4-9 years of experience in a similar or relevant role at a top law firm or company
- Significant transactional legal experience and/or corporate governance experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail
- Solution-oriented mindset able to work with cross-functional teams
