Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical support, IT support, networking, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Working knowledge of either Linux/Unix or Windows operating systems.
