Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer position at Qualys, responsible for managing customer service requests and resolving technical issues in a highly secured environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on knowledge of Networking, IT security, and Windows troubleshooting, with a strong foundation in Windows and/or Linux/Unix experience in an enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Hands-on solid Networking, IT security and Windows troubleshooting knowledge
• Strong Windows foundation and/or solid Linux/Unix experience in an enterprise environment
• Passionate about security, and individuals with CISSP/CEH or equivalent are preferred
• Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor of Science, preferably with a major in Computer Science or equivalent experience
