Job Description
Quanex is looking for a Production Supervisor – 3rd Shift to manage the timely manufacturing of quality products. The role involves managing direct reports, mentoring, discipline, performance monitoring, and embracing a continuous improvement approach. Requirements
- 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
