Job Description
Quantexa is seeking a highly motivated Director of Public Sector Sales in the BeNeLux region to execute the sales go-to-market strategy, identify new opportunities, and win deals. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams and focuses on data and AI solutions to improve government services. The organization values autonomy, innovation, and a collaborative culture.
Requirements
- Understanding of Public Sector issues and the ability to 'educate and solutionise' with the customer
- Understanding of Public sector operational and buying processes, including government frameworks and contracts
- Extensive experience in complex solution selling within the Public sector
- Determination to succeed in challenging circumstances
- Ability to integrate into effective sales teams
- Ability to be an independent decision-maker
- Ambitious and energetic with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial qualities
- Good team player, capable of delivering results in less than perfect circumstances
- Ability to spot sector changes, flagging these early and reacting effectively and positively
- Ability to plan for the future
