Job Description
Join Quantexa as an Engineering Manager to lead the delivery of new components and features for the Quantexa Platform, while maintaining a strong focus on quality. Collaborate with multiple Engineering teams, support Engineers at all levels, and encourage the thoughtful use of AI to support engineering effectiveness and product development.
Requirements
- Experience delivering software across the full engineering lifecycle
- Strong planning and delivery skills, with a good understanding of Agile processes and experience working across multiple teams
- Background in software development and architecture, including experience with web applications and/or data-intensive systems
- Enthusiasm for developing others, with experience across people management practices
