SVP Delivery Practices and Performance

We are seeking a highly commercially minded SVP of Delivery Practices and Performance to provide operational support services to regional heads and lead strategic initiatives to evolve and transform the Delivery function against the future needs of the business.

Requirements

• Strong background in professional or consulting services with responsibility for setting strategic direction of a significant team
• Strong operational focus including financial management, resource allocation, and performance reporting
• Ability to inspire and lead others towards a shared mission and common objectives
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams to solve complex problems and deliver meaningful outcomes
