SVP, Transformation

The SVP, Transformation will lead the Transformation team in driving enterprise-wide execution of S&P Global’s transformation priorities to accelerate value creation across the business. The role will set bold, forward-looking direction, translate strategic ambition into integrated plans and tangible outcomes, and ensure sustained value creation across business, technology, operating models, and culture.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, or technology leadership roles with demonstrated success in enterprise-wide initiatives
• Experience in financial services or other highly regulated, complex global industries with strong commercial acumen to drive the customer experience
• Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, process re-engineering platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience working in matrixed organizations and managing complex stakeholder relationships
