Head of Logistics (m/f/d)

To ensure international growth, we are expanding our logistics organization. As Head of Logistics, you will design and lead our end-to-end logistics setup in a highly regulated high-tech environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain
• Proven leadership experience in fast-growing organizations
• Strong strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities
• Experience with governmental/defense-related or otherwise regulated order execution
• Strong stakeholder management skills and clear, accountable cross-functional communication
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and a strong affinity for data-driven steering
