Lead Technician (m/f/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

As Lead Technician, you will be a key part of our Production Team, driving the launch and success of our new multicopter production line based on cutting-edge technologies from Ukraine. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless production processes and deliver exceptional products.

Requirements

• Completed degree or apprenticeship in a technical field (mechanical, electrical, or related)
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar production environment, ideally in UAV manufacturing
• Ability to read technical documentation: wiring diagrams, routing cards, SOPs
• Experience with ERP systems (MRP/Quality/Maintenance modules)
• Strong self-organization and sense of responsibility
• Leadership skills: managing shifts of 5–15 people, communication, and mentoring
• Electrical or mechanical skills
• Basic skills of communication in English or German
• Ukrainian language as a significant plus
