Quantum Frontline Industries is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture. The Manufacturing Manager will play a critical leadership role in building, scaling, and optimizing manufacturing operations for advanced UAV systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership
• Proven experience managing production teams
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Experience working with ERP systems and manufacturing documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex operations and make data-driven decisions
