Manager of Quality Control Department (m/f/d) - Quantum Frontline Industries

Quantum Frontline Industries is a newly established German-Ukrainian defence joint venture seeking a Manager of Quality Control to lead and optimize all processes related to quality assurance for advanced UAV production. The role involves driving the launch and success of a new multicopter production line and ensuring seamless production processes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar leadership role, ideally in robotics or UAV manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Quality, Maintenance, or Production modules).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to structure team workflows and motivate team members to achieve high performance.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage conflict situations effectively.
• Professional skills of communication in English or German.
• Ukrainian language as a significant plus.
