Requirements

• Initial to several years of experience in office management, team assistance, or a comparable role
• Experience in an international or fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a structured way of working
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)
