Technical Support Engineer

Quantum-Systems is a technology company that develops unmanned solutions across air, land, and sea. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to investigate technical issues and support product improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in technical support, troubleshooting, incident investigation, or system analysis
• Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work with technical data such as logs, system behavior, or performance metrics
• Good communication skills and ability to describe technical findings clearly
• English level B1+
• Fluent Ukrainian
