Technical Support Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a proactive Support Technician to help deliver exceptional service to our Governmental customers in Romania, Moldova, and other countries in the region. As a Technical Support Manager, you will provide direct technical support, perform on-site maintenance, updates, and repairs, and manage customer support tickets.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in technical support, ideally with UAV systems or similar technologies, preferably for governmental or defense clients.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and supporting UAV operations, including on-site assistance, Level 1 repairs, software updates, and maintenance activities.
• Communication skills to work with both customers and internal teams.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, including diagnostic and hands-on repair skills.
• Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in English and Romanian, with German as an advantage.
• Genuine passion for unmanned aerial systems and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
