Job Description
Our client, a prestigious global law firm, seeks an associate with 1–5+ years of experience to join their Strategic Sourcing and Commercial Contacts practice. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on ITO and BPO outsourcing transactions and a broad base of commercial agreements, including supply agreements, logistics and distribution agreements, contract manufacturing agreements, and fund administration agreements.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements, including outsourcing (ITO/BPO), vendor agreements, and licensing.
- Advise clients on sourcing transactions, technology partnerships, and vendor management.
- Advise on legal risks regarding data protection, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, etc.
- Counsel stakeholders (Procurement, Sales, IT) on contract interpretation and deal structuring.
- Perform additional duties, tasks or projects as assigned.
